All incoming samples are processed with full traceability, validated workflows, and ISO-compliant documentation.

Samples can be delivered by courier, drop-off, or scheduled pickup. Upon receipt, each sample is logged in our LIMS, checked, and assigned to the appropriate workflow.

Preparing Your Samples

Smooth sample processing starts before delivery.
Proper preparation and shipment are key to ensuring your samples are ready for analysis.

Sample Preparation

Ensure smooth processing from the start. Proper sample preparation and shipment are essential for accurate and timely analysis.

  • Label all samples with the required details.
  • Provide complete sample request information.
  • Ensure the corret email address for reporting.
  • Inform your customer service manager about the number of samples.
  • Use leak-proof and compliant packaging.

Sample Shipment

All delivery details are available in our client portal. In case if you cannot find them contact your customer service manager to coordinate shipment.

  • Use the approved dispatch note (sample submission form).
  • Clearly label samples with sample ID and matrix.
  • Package samples securely for transport.
  • Maintain required temperature conditions during shipment.
  • Provide sufficient sample quantity for all requested analyses.

Sample Registration

All incoming samples are logged in the LIMS, assigned a unique identifier and verified against dispatch documentation.

Quality Control

We inspect labelling, packaging, temperature and transport conditions. Deviations are documented immediately.

Storage & Preparation

Samples are stored under validated conditions (ambient, chilled, frozen). We perform aliquoting, homogenisation or other preanalysis steps if required.

Communication

If information is missing or samples are unsuitable, we conduct clients promptly to ensure continuity of processing.

Express Service

For priority analyses, our express service provides accelerated turnaround times without compromising quality standards.

The submission process follows the standard procedure, with one additional requirement: prior communication via phone or email.

Upfront Communication: Notify your account manager in advance to initiate the express process and assign VIP status to your samples.
